It all began when Shrey, a Delhi native surrounded by processed foods, reconnected with his friends- brothers Rajbir and Kuldeep, on their ancestral farm in Haryana. There, desi cows and time-honoured superfoods like pure desi ghee, fresh milk, kacchi ghani oils had always been part of their family’s everyday life, crafted with care the traditional way.
